Selling Secure e-Books
1. By youself
In this case you'll have to become a Regi stered
Licensor
Professional Chamele on user in order to obtain and provide
to your customers the keys that will enable them to unlock your secure e-Books on
their computers. After that you're on your own...
2. Through our on-line Bookstore
To all the Free users that have purchased at least one Reader application
and to all our Full and Light users without exception,
we create a free of charge Licensor Profes sional Chameleon
account (- value of 595 €-) which will enable you to create
and pro vide to your customers the keys they will need to unlock your Secure e-Books
on their computers.
We will simply collect the amount of money for every Secure e-Book sale that you'll
make through our site and charge a percentage of 50%, 60% or 70% if you are a Full,
light or Free user respectively. Allow us to present you with an example that will
make all these clear to you all. Suppose you sold a secure e-book for the final
price of 20 €. We subtract our country's VAT19% : 20 € - 3,8 € = 16,2 € and a percentage
of 20% for tax purposes: 16,2
€
- 3,24 € = 12,96 € and finally we subtract our percentage.
In our example we would keep
6,48 €, 7,776 € and 9,072 € for a Full, Light
or Free user and would return to him 6,48 €, 5,184 € and 3,888
€ respectively.
In the near future depending upon the sales your secure e-books make, we will keep
lowering our percentages in your advance in order to make it easier for you to conduct
your customers.
In the end of every financial year we will send you your money by using a suitable
bank account. In the meantime you'll have full control over your e-books sales through
a special web page that we provide especially for you.
Renting Secure e-Books
1. By yourself
In this case you'll have to become a Regi stered
Licensor Web Chameleon user in order to obtain and provide to your
customers the licenses that will enable them to unlock your secure e-Books on their
computers for the time period you'll decide. After that you're on your own...
2. Through our site
Everything works the same as in the case of selling secure e-Books through our site
with the difference that we will create for you a free of charge Full
Licensor Web Cha meleon account which will enable you to
unlock your secure e-Books on your custo mers computers for the time period you'll
